Installation
With customer service in mind we are able to install and maintain all of our products, including the TensaTechnology™ electronic range, through our dedicated service & maintenance department and using our network of installation partners.
To offer you support when you need it most, our fully trained installation team work day and night, to ensure that they install at a time that suits you.

After Sales Service
Tensator prides itself on after-sales support and has a fully skilled installation and service resource that operates nationally. All Tensator’s approved Service Engineers are trained in-house and are equipped with the tools, documentation and support structure that typically delivers a 95% first visit fix.
Tensator operate a 4-5 working day call out response time for products and systems covered under the standard warranty policy.

Maintenance Contracts
To ensure that you have assistance when you need it most, Tensator have a fully comprehensive range of maintenance contracts, from a 1st year upgrade that incorporates faster response times with an annual pre-planned maintenance visit, to extendable contracts that cover the product throughout its lifetime.
Tensator offers a range of standard maintenance contracts with the option of 24 hour or 48 hour response time. Tensator can also offer bespoke service contracts with guaranteed response times to suit all customer requirements, providing you with piece of mind that fully trained engineers can be onsite within hours.

The TensaTechnology™ range is not just about customer guidance and wayfinding, it also seeks to interact with your customers in a unique and innovative way. Tensator understand that in order to do this, powerful media content is a must, as your audience needs to be targeted with the most appropriate messages.

Tensator can provide a full media creation service to provide tailored content to get the most out of your digital signage hardware, and can provide the following customised services:

Tensator also believe that the regular implementation of your content is crucial to ensure long-term impact, and we offer a bespoke update service to help maximise on this.
Remote implementation
If your Tensator HUB is networked via WAN we can implement your content to your preset guidelines. Price is dependant on level of software in your signage network and number of screens.
Local Implementation
Should your Tensator HUB not be networked via WAN then we can arrange regular site visits (price on application) to implement your content via LAN or direct to each HUB.
