Purchasing Co-ordinator
The position is based in Milton Keynes but may require occassional travel.
Overall Objective
- Manage purchasing function (including Purchasing Administrator) to ensure that service and costs are maintained and stock is available within the timescales required to meet customer demand.
- Continually review supply chain to ensure best service/costs are achieved.
- Manage overall stock valuation in line with company targets.
- Manage internal/external supply chain to ensure projects are completed on time and within cost.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regular review of current suppliers to ensure cost, service and lead times are being achieved.
- Obtain competitive quotations from potential new suppliers.
- Liaison with sales on bespoke orders/projects – relating to costs and lead-times.
- Liaison with Engineering regarding specific projects and New Product Introduction.
- Sending RFQ’s to suppliers for new products required.
- In conjunction with Operations Management develop supplier agreements.
- As required raising Purchase Orders of standard and non-stock items, utilising ERP.
- Maintenance of streamline (ERP system) to ensure all relevant data is current.
- BOM creation using ERP system
- Cross referencing of invoices, orders and goods in notes.
- Create/manage reports as required by Operations Management regarding purchasing, supplier and cost saving performance, stock value.
- Cover for Purchasing Administrator as required.
- Any other reasonable duties as specified by Operations

Export/European Business Development Manager
This position is primarily based at the Company’s Head Office but involves extensive travel within Europe. Option to be based in Southern Europe in the Future.
Overall Objective
- To identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams in line with Company strategy.
- To provide a high level of account management to existing customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Achieve sales targets from new business and existing customers.
- Achieve lead generation targets.
- Product feedback and customer requirements from end users.
- Estimates, quotations and costing proposals.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to marketing, engineering and other appropriate divisions.

- Background in a design orientated organisation.
- Proven technical product selling experience.
- A proven track record of successful selling to major accounts and business development experience.
- To possess a high level of business acumen, analytical skills and strategic awareness.
- Clean Driving license.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office, spreadsheet, data manipulation and analysis etc)
- Ability to speak Spanish and Italian
