Paying by Proforma
Once you have placed your order you will receive an invoice with your order confirmation. Please make payment as per the details on the invoice and notify us at shop@tensator.com that payment has been made. Please use your order number as a reference for your payment. We will confirm that your payment has been received and your order will be shipped to you within the specified delivery time.
Have you already made a payment to us? Please note that the amount will be debited immediately from your account but will only be received in our bank account within 1-3 working days. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped to you within the specified delivery time.
