Returns
For all returns of goods, please contact us to obtain a returns goods number.
Please pack the product(s) in the original packaging and write the return number on the outside.
The absence of a return merchandise number will significantly delay the merchandise control process.
Returns of damaged/defective products
If your return of goods is due to damaged/defective product(s), please contact us directly detailing the damage/defects noted with photographs.
Please pack the product(s) in the original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside.
Any refunds will be processed after receipt of the return.
Return shipping for damaged/defective products will be the responsibility of, and paid for, by Tensator Shop.
Return of unwanted products
If your return is due to unwanted product(s), please contact us directly:
You have 14 days from delivery of your product(s) to cancel the order.
Shipping of unwanted products will be the responsibility and expense of the customer.
Refunds or replacement products for unwanted products upon receipt of the product by Tensator in new condition.
Products returned in less than original condition will receive a partial refund. Partial refund will be based on the condition of the product.
We advise you to send returned products by tracked mail with insurance in the event of damage or loss.
Products not eligible for merchandise return
Custom made product(s) (custom straps, specific post finishes, custom sizes, etc.)
Product(s) used, installed or modified from its original condition.
Restocking fees
All unwanted product returns from EU registered companies will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
