We do everything we can to ensure that each order meets your request, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return the product(s). Please read our merchandise return policy.


  • For all returns of goods, please  contact us  to obtain a returns goods number.
  • Please pack the product(s) in the original packaging and write the return number on the outside.
  • The absence of a return merchandise number will significantly delay the merchandise control process.

Returns of damaged/defective products

  • If your return of goods is due to damaged/defective product(s), please contact us directly detailing the damage/defects noted with photographs.
  • Please pack the product(s) in the original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside.
  • Any refunds will be processed after receipt of the return.
  • Return shipping for damaged/defective products will be the responsibility of, and paid for, by Tensator Shop.

Return of unwanted products

  • If your return is due to unwanted product(s), please  contact us  directly:
  • You have 14 days from delivery of your product(s) to cancel the order.
  • Shipping of unwanted products will be the responsibility and expense of the customer.
  • Refunds or replacement products for unwanted products upon receipt of the product by Tensator in new condition.
  • Products returned in less than original condition will receive a partial refund. Partial refund will be based on the condition of the product.
  • We advise you to send returned products by tracked mail with insurance in the event of damage or loss.

Products not eligible for merchandise return

  • Custom made product(s) (custom straps, specific post finishes, custom sizes, etc.)
  • Product(s) used, installed or modified from its original condition.

Restocking fees

  • All unwanted product returns from EU registered companies will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
