Role Overview
Full-time, Mon-Fri; 08.30-17.15
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to join a busy sales function in a structured, support-focused role.
As a Sales Administrator / Wayfinding, you will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently within a defined process. The role is heavily administrative and detail-focused, requiring consistency, organisation, and a methodical approach.
You will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders, gaining exposure to how a commercial function operates, while building core business and coordination skills over time.
This role is well suited to a graduate, college leaver, or someone moving into their first office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage orders from receipt through to completion, following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates
- Act as a point of contact for order-related queries and updates
- Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement
- Support coordination with global stakeholders to ensure timely processing
- Carry out routine administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Follow structured workflows and timelines to ensure consistency
- Identify and flag any issues or discrepancies in the order process
- Develop a strong understanding of the product category and associated sales processes
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and professional communication (email and Teams)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A reliable and consistent approach to work
Desirable (but not required)
- Previous experience in administration, retail, or customer service
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Exposure to office environments or business systems

No Smoking Policy
All company offices are smoke free environments. All main entrances to the buildings are also smoke free areas.
