We Are Here to Support You in Challenging Times

As communities around the world are struggling with Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to reach out personally and update you on how the Tensator Group is addressing the needs of our customers and staff in the unprecedented times in which we now find ourselves.

Whilst like most companies, we have restricted our teams to essential travel only and deployed a range of measures to limit contact, the Tensator team remains fully available to our customers by telephone, video conference and email.  As a global company, Tensator is guided by local health agencies and World Health Organisation’s alerts in each of the countries in which we operate. We have a defined action plan for each geographic area and for each phase of the virus spread. This will help to ensure that, at Tensator, we remain as close as possible to “business as usual” for our customers as their needs and requirements change.

Our priority has been and remains to ensure that our customers and staff are protected and that we can continue to work to support you on a daily basis.  By employing a range of homeworking and shift measures to limit contact, our sales and account teams will continue to provide assistance to all customers, as we remain committed to maintaining our quality and continuity of service.

Our manufacturing systems and supply chain remain robust and operational, with plans in place to ensure that orders are shipped on time and stock is available to be able to service your last-minute requests without undue delay.  This is important as we start to see good crowd control practices needing to be deployed within areas that are having to handle unprecedented numbers of people at any one time, particularly within the healthcare and supermarket facilities.

We value your custom and we look forward to supporting your business through this difficult time. If you have any questions please contact your local account team or email info@tensator.com or feel free to chat with us online.

Kind regards and stay safe!
