An exciting innovation to enhance customer experience
Add ShortcutQ to your existing environment and your customers will never again have to experience the frustrating walk through a large single line queue. This exciting innovation creates a shortcut to the front of the queue for customers to use at quiet times, enhancing customer experience.
ShortcutQ consists of two arms that are customisable in length and can be fixed to any existing Tensabarrier®, fitting seamlessly into your existing queue and transforming it instantly.
The manual gates can be pushed in either direction allowing not only a shortcut, but also a fast evacuation point out of the queue in the case of an emergency.
Suitable for areas with frequently fluctuating queuing numbers, where large queue layouts are essential at busy times, but can be frustrating for customers at quieter times.
Once pushed, the arms slowly return to their original position without swinging backwards, eliminating the chance of injury.
Saves time and frustration for customers by helping them feel they are getting through the queue quicker.
Signage at the start of the queue educates customers about when to use the gate and how this can save them time.
In a recent trial over 80% of passengers appreciated the solution and felt the gate enhanced the passenger experience.
