ERP SYSTEMS ANALYST

The ERP Systems Analyst will be supporting corporate ERP systems, including but not limited to implementations, customizations, creating systems interfaces / reports and providing second line support to the IT department with application issues on a daily basis on a global scale. The ERP Systems Analyst will also be required to support all internal deployments of the ERP system globally in addition to various projects related to the systems as assigned.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the key Epicor 10 software expert to meet business needs to include reports writing.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to the business.
  • Participate in projects to implement, test and design system upgrades/changes
  • Manage the enhancement of existing Epicor functionality and deliver new functionality to support and streamline business processes.
  • Develop and maintain configurators
  • Assist departments and teams to create and document procedures.
  • Create, maintain and develop BAQ’s, dashboards, and data files to support all business functions.
  • Create and implement user acceptance testing for upgrades and design changes.
  • Support companywide ERP transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Provide backup and support to other IT staff on installation, maintenance and updates to hardware and software.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

PROFESSIONAL/VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • In depth experience of Epicor ERP in a production / manufacturing environment and across all of modules i.e. sales and finance.
  • Aligning business process with system functionality.
  • Confident communicator at all levels / team leadership skills.
  • Strong team player able to convey ideas for improvement if needed.
  • Exposure to operational dashboards using BI.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Some travel may be required.
