As the bank holiday is approaching, people up and down the UK are getting ready for their weekends away. However a bank holiday usually means one thing – QUEUES. Whether it is queuing on the motorway, at theme parks, petrol stations or restaurants, one thing is for sure, us Brits will be queuing!

As customers we can try to avoid extended waits with forward planning, advance bookings and fast track tickets, while retailers and service providers can try to minimise the effect of the sudden influx of visitors by installing queue management barriers and call forward systems.
