Sainsbury’s moves into sandwich shops with launch of Fresh Kitchen

Sainsbury’s have announced their move into the restaurant game with the launch of Fresh Kitchen, a new canteen-style cafe, selling sandwiches, snacks and hot food such as bacon rolls, cottage pie and soup.

The new store, located on London’s Fleet Street, features on-the-go food which is housed in chillers around the store with additional impulse purchases displayed on shelves attached to the Tensator queuing system.
